Jessica joined EFS Group in March 2026 as a Client Services Associate and serves as the welcoming face and friendly voice of the office. She takes pride in creating a positive experience for every client, whether she is scheduling appointments, connecting individuals with the appropriate team member, or simply offering a warm conversation. Jessica is grateful to be part of the EFS family and is passionate about providing exceptional service while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.
Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, three dogs, and her extended family and friends. In her spare time, she loves playing cards, working on puzzles, and diving into all things true crime. Jessica looks forward to building lasting relationships with clients and helping create a welcoming, supportive environment for everyone who walks through the door.
