DeAndre Geels is the Director of Corporate Development at WealthPlan Group, where he leads mergers and acquisitions strategy, financial diligence, transaction structuring, and post-transaction integration for advisor and wealth management firm acquisitions.
He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University and previously worked at an independent business valuation and advisory firm.
