Brent McCune

Brent McCune is passionate about helping individuals and families pursue their goals through thoughtful financial planning and long-term strategies. He believes that understanding each client’s unique dreams and priorities is the foundation for creating a successful financial plan. Brent takes pride in building lasting relationships with his clients and providing comprehensive guidance designed to help them work toward financial confidence and security.

A Kansas native, Brent attended the University of Kansas, where he played football. He began his career in financial services in 1985, gaining experience in the insurance and banking industries before dedicating his career to wealth management. Throughout his career, Brent has continued to expand his knowledge through professional development, industry education, and financial planning opportunities to better serve his clients.

Beyond his work in financial services, Brent is deeply committed to serving his community through various leadership roles. He served eight years on the Olathe School District Board of Education and currently serves as a board member for the Greater Kansas City Boys & Girls Club, while also serving as Chairman of the Olathe Boys & Girls Club.

Throughout his career, Brent has also contributed his time to organizations focused on community development, education, and supporting children and families, including serving as Chair of the Johnson County Public Policy Council, the Olathe City Planning Commission, and the Olathe Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He has also been recognized for his dedication to service, receiving the Citizen of the Year Award and being named Rotarian of the Year by the Olathe Santa Fe Trail Rotary Club.

Outside of the office, Brent enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, cooking, exploring his interest in wine, and cheering on the Kansas Jayhawks at football and basketball games.
