Andrew Large serves as Chief of Staff, Planning, & Field Operations at WealthPlan, where he leads the design and execution of the firm’s client experience, elite wealth management services, and vital strategic initiatives. He is responsible for aligning financial planning, advisor support, operations, and service delivery into a cohesive, scalable model that elevates outcomes for both clients and advisors. Andrew plays a central role in building WealthPlan’s planning capabilities, service model, and operational infrastructure, ensuring the firm can grow while maintaining a high-touch, private-wealth experience.
He brings deep expertise in retirement income planning, estate planning strategy, and advanced wealth planning, helping advisors deliver sophisticated guidance to increasingly complex households. Andrew holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designation, an advanced credential focused on working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients across tax, estate, legacy, and investment planning. He also completed executive education at the Kellogg School of Management, where he sharpened his leadership, strategy, and organizational design skills; experience that directly informs his approach to scaling people, processes, and platforms.
Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. He is married with three children and enjoys sports, staying active, traveling, and great barbecue.
