Andrew Large serves as Chief Wealth Officer at WealthPlan, where he owns the firm’s planning discipline and the model that flows from it. He is responsible for making financial planning the engine that drives portfolio construction, insurance, and client experience, and for building the methodology, technology, and advisor support that let the firm scale that model while maintaining a high-touch, private-wealth experience.
He brings deep expertise in retirement income planning, estate planning strategy, and advanced wealth planning, helping advisors deliver sophisticated guidance to increasingly complex households. Andrew holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designation, an advanced credential focused on high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients across tax, estate, legacy, and investment planning. He also completed executive education at the Kellogg School of Management, sharpening the leadership, strategy, and organizational design skills that inform his approach to scaling people, processes, and platforms.
Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. He is married with three children and enjoys sports, staying active, traveling, and great barbecue.
