As Director of Operations, Alissa enjoys solving problems, supporting clients, and ensuring the day-to-day operations of the firm run smoothly.
With nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Alissa brings extensive knowledge in operations, client service, and office management. Before joining WealthPlan Group, she spent nine years supporting financial advisors in operations and marketing roles, followed by more than two years at another advisory firm. Since joining WealthPlan Group, she has played an integral role in managing client service, compliance, licensing administration, scheduling, fee processing, office operations, and helping clients navigate their technology with confidence.
Outside of the office, Alissa enjoys spending time with her dog, Eddie, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers as a proud season ticket holder and shareholder alongside her family.
