Jim is a seasoned financial services professional with over 30 years of industry leadership. Previously, he served as President and CEO of Securities America from 2010 to 2024, holding key roles such as CFO and COO. Under his leadership, the firm grew significantly, strengthening its position as a top independent broker-dealer.

In 2018, Jim made history as the first petition candidate elected to the FINRA Board of Governors for a large-firm seat. He holds an MBA in accounting and finance from Columbia Business School and an A.B. in economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard University. His expertise and strategic vision make him a valuable asset to our board.
