Weston is the Shared Plan Advantage Director, leading small plan solutions for his team since 2021. He holds a double major in Finance and Marketing from the University of Kansas and earned his Series 65 and Certified Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS) credentials. He gained international business perspective while studying abroad at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain.

Based in Denver, Weston enjoys an active lifestyle centered around golf, skiing, and spending time with his family. When not focused on his professional work, he can be found on the course or slopes, or at home with his fiancée Kelly and their dog Otis.
